Frequently Asked Questions
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, an additional shipping fee applies.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (available in select cities) takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping to international locations soon.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Certain items like personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you want to return, and click 'Return Item'. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on delivery is available for orders below ₹5,000.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Go to Tracking Page OR You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.
Click on 'Sign Up' at the top of the page, enter your email and create a password. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account for faster checkout.
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement. Contact our customer support immediately at support@trumart.store or call us to request changes.
